When I say one of a kind views, I mean it! Nothing else like this exists in this area, and you may want to come see this one before it slips away. People ask for privacy but they don't want to be in the boondocks. This is the property. Looking for 360 views in the middle of town, and room to park?! You want ''about an acre''? Usually I have to tell people they are dreaming when they ask for this combo. Either that or its over 800K... Non-standard remarks for a very non standard property!
